IDONS Announcement Mailing List Available for Signups

Greetings. The initial IDONS announcement mailing list is available for signups. Yes, the list name (from a "repurposed" GCTIP mailing list) is a bit eclectic at the moment, but will ultimately change. For now -- to get things going -- it's close enough for jazz!
