Welcome to GCTIP Forums. Before using this board for the first time, please also take a few minutes to read over the general help documents.

All or most of these GCTIP discussion forums are not currently pre-moderated. Submitted messages to moderated forums will not appear until and unless they have been approved by a moderator, who will evaluate messages based on their relevance and suitability. Rejected messages will normally not be acknowledged, unless the moderator has specific suggestions that would make a given message acceptable.

Any postings are subject to removal if they are determined to be off-topic, or if they are abusive, contain personal attacks, or if they are deemed to be otherwise inappropriate. Profane language may be subject to administrative editing. Sending of e-mail by users via this system is disabled, but "private messaging" (between registered users in good standing) is currently enabled.

Please register if you wish to submit messages in any category. Registered users also have access to additional functionality, including email thread notifications and more. If you choose to register, please look over the various profile options and set them to your preferences.

Any attempts to register with e-mail addresses using "challenge-response" anti-spam systems will be unsuccessful -- the manual administrative burden is simply too great. If you are unable to register (or have any other problems) using the image verification "captcha" and security question procedures, please send a note to [email protected] for assistance.

The system will normally maintain your logged-in status between sessions. If you are using a public computer, or in other circumstances where this would be undesirable, please be sure to logout of the system after use.

This board uses first-party (local server) cookies for login and other board control operations, but not for any other purposes. It is not necessary to accept cookies to simply read messages. However, for most other functions not having cookies enabled may result in possible login failures and other limitations. JavaScript is used by this board for registration functions and enhanced display/control purposes.
